By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
LyfeScoop products are teas and botanical blends — conventional foods unless a product page states otherwise. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, caffeine figures and preparation guidance are provided for information and are not medical advice. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional with questions about caffeine or your individual circumstances.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing or product errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund. An order is accepted when we ship it. We may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion, including suspected resale or fraud.
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize LyfeScoop to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency you select (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks) at the subscriber price shown when you subscribe, plus applicable shipping and tax, until you cancel. You can skip a shipment, change products or frequency, update payment details or cancel at any time from your account at https://lyfescoop.com/my-account/. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund a renewal already processed. We send a reminder email before each renewal charge. If a subscription price changes, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Promotional codes have the terms stated when issued, cannot be combined unless stated, are not redeemable for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. We are not obliged to honor codes distributed without our authorization.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
By submitting a review or other content you grant LyfeScoop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it on the site and in marketing. Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience and may be moderated. We do not publish reviews that make disease, treatment or weight-loss claims.
The LyfeScoop name, wordmark, packaging, photography, copy and site design are owned by LyfeScoop or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
The website and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. LyfeScoop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
